RentsMatch is a platform that connects renters looking for rental properties with landlords who list their properties. We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any rental agreement between renters and landlords.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to provide truthful information in their profiles including income, household size, and preferences. Misrepresentation of information may result in account termination.

5. Landlord Responsibilities

Landlords agree that all listings are accurate, legally available for rent, and comply with all applicable local housing laws and fair housing regulations. Discriminatory listings are strictly prohibited.

6. Fair Housing

RentsMatch is committed to fair housing. Landlords may not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class under applicable federal, state, or local laws.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Match information is shared only between the matched renter and landlord.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false or misleading listings, harass other users, attempt to circumvent the platform, use automated tools to scrape data, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. You may also delete your own account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

RentsMatch is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or user profiles. Use this service at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
