By accessing or using RentsMatch ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RentsMatch is an online rental marketplace connecting landlords with prospective renters. We are a platform intermediary and are not a party to any rental agreement between landlords and renters.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining account security
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Landlord Responsibilities

All listing information must be accurate and not misleading
Photos must represent the actual property
Must comply with all applicable fair housing laws
Must not discriminate based on any protected class
Solely responsible for verifying renter qualifications

5. Renter Responsibilities

All application information must be truthful and accurate
Must not submit fraudulent applications
Responsible for conducting due diligence on properties

6. Prohibited Conduct

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Posting false or misleading content
Harassing or threatening other users
Scraping or harvesting Platform data
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
Discriminating against any protected class

7. Photo Moderation

All property photos are subject to review and approval by RentsMatch administrators before being displayed publicly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF LISTINGS OR THE QUALIFICATIONS OF USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTALMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Account Termination

RentsMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
